Virtual Walking Tour

The Amphitheater was built approx 35 years ago, and the Fair Oaks Theatre Festival began staging live productions at that time. The full name is the Veterans Memorial Amphiteatre. The festival has consistently provided quality entertainment. The mural on the outside of the building was done by local artist Hugh Gorman. Enhancements have been made to the building and structures over the years, as well as the level of productions. It transitioned from Shakespeare to Musicals over time, and contnues to be a favorite attraction and entertainment center of Fair Oaks to this day.
